During this short period, the GAC bug has occurred twice.
Last time, there was no announcement about whether it was fixed, nor was there any compensation.
This time, I missed out on victory due to the bug.
GAC is content where players invest their time and money to earn extremely important rewards such as hundreds of crystals and Zeta materials.
Considering that, is this response appropriate as a company?
It's nothing short of outrageously dishonest.
If there's suspicion of a bug in GAC, the event should be immediately halted. Furthermore, compensation rewards should be promptly distributed along with a transparent announcement.
Is that not something the company can understand unless pointed out?
I seriously wonder what your company thinks of its users—that is, its customers.

They don't care...they count the ridiculous amount of money they get every morning when they wake up and carry on about their business lol. Why change anything if you're getting rich off it
