I never like to be negative on the forums but this is genuinely embarrassing.
It was mentioned that this probably wouldn't help with Executor vs Leviathan. There aren't many fleets in the game - it's not like characters where there are so many interactions that it's reasonable to expect some unexpected interactions to slip through.
I want to respect the developers and people behind the release here but:
- You announced this would probably not be good at doing X
- Whoever is responsible for testing clearly did not try doing X
- When it comes out and does X, people spend money to get it
- You announce that you may remove the ability to do X after people have spent their money on it
That's not okay. I could understand it for characters but there's no excuse to not know how the ship will perform against the most common fleet at the top of fleet shards. I urge whoever is responsible for making the decision to leave the ship as is. People have already spent money. You had plenty of time to test this out and prevent this from happening, but it's too late now.
EDIT: If Meathead reads this, none of this is targeted at you (as you know), and I appreciate what you bring to the role of interacting with the community. It's whoever was responsible for testing and the person making the decision to potentially remove functionality that players paid for that I'm frustrated with.
100%. To change it AFTER people spent their hard earned money is a vile bait and switch tactic. You released the ship as intended, if you didn't test it, that's on you!

But you don’t have to buy it for it to beat leviathan. What are they bait and switching?
