I'm getting this exact same issue. I cleared the Google play cache, logged out and back in, and uninstalled and reinstalled both swgoh and google play. Nothing changed.

    Two day later and I'm not able to work towards the latest conquest. I spent $ to be on track for a Luthen unlock, and now I'm worried that I shouldve just not spent bc I wont be able to make the progress needed to unlock.   Oh, and cant forget that the Jar Jar event is probably going to come and go.  I could've waited another month...
