Been dead in the water since midday last Thursday. Any timeliness for this fix? Ive bee playing this thing since launch day, not really willing to walk away from 8+ years of progress. I submitted a ticket and they didnt even acknowledge this problem, just told me to clear the cache and restart the game (the obvious stuff) and then closed the conversation with me even being allowed to respond.

Would love some sort of reply that this will be resolved soon.
