So only some players lose the 5% discount?

Do we need to buy coaxium now to earn coaxium currency to get a discount in the webstore? But only 1% discount unless we buy the new coaxium pass for $30.99/month which gets us 2% discount, or the premium pass for $84.99/month which gets us 5% discount? (/s, I read the post, and yes I agree I shouldn’t be giving them ideas).
