Still nothing on scythe not marking tie fighters under executrix? It’s been bugged for a while and and has stopped the executrix vs p1 counter but of course, if it doesn’t affect your revenue, y’all don’t care about fixing it

Supposedly through in-game help? I did that and nothing happened, so no idea. Ultimately I think this Kessel Run nonsense just isn't worth my time. I'll go back to ignoring the webstore. Way too much effort for 200 energy.

Raised a Ticket through the chat and shortly after got the below reply.
"I have reviewed your email and came to know that you are facing issue with the "Kessel Run Event", So in this case I want you to wait for 24 hours and check for the reward, because sometimes it takes quite more time to get the reward credited."
Crazy they know it sometimes takes up to 24 hours to get the reward when it only went live less than 2 hours ago.
Ya f2p not getting anything and it's a bit confusing why should we do a cs ticket and where just give it everyone when fixed instead of swamping cs with something trivial as this... I understand if u spent money that's different...

no clue, I tried thru the in-game HELP button, it took me to an AI chat feature that asked me for my email and name and then said this isn't a real-time chat. So I have no clue what else to do.
ditto same here. In-game help takes to ai chat that is unhelpful. Have left info, but don't hold out much hope. Logging here to add to noise of those who are not receiving the advertised rewards in the hope that something seen/done/we are pointed to a useful way to log the issue.
