I didn’t see any text on what “off balance” does to the enemy.

    Off balance was first added with padawan sabine so the description should be with her, it reads: Lose 10% Health and 10% Turn Meter if damaged by an attack

    It’s written in padawan sabines kit: When taking damage from an attack, lose 10% health and turn meter per stack

    kinda Like expose and stagger
