Does Ahsoka gain 12% Ultimate Charge when using a special since she gains 6% when she uses a Special and all Spectre Allies with Mori’s Wisdom. generate 6% when they use a special. Since she starts the battle with Mori’s Wisdom and it doesnt say other allies, she would gain 12% when she uses a special, correct?
