No way. This would make no sense since Ahsoka never interacted with Dengar or pretty much any BH. I will doubt it highly.
LoL like Embo was required for Lord Failure. Does anyone remember that epic battle between Embo and Anakin Skywalker??? You know $$CG$$ pulled that requirement out of thin air and made up some stupid story.
Anakin and embo met during the clone wars and defended a farmer village from hondo with other bounty hunters as well as ahsoka and kenobi. They later fought each other in an episode I think in season 6, of which I have very little recollection. Besides that though, you'd be right to say it makes absolutely no sense that he would be a requirement.
While I agree it won't be a requirement, I question this part of your post.

I seem to recall interactions with Asajj, Cad Bane, Aurra Sing, Mando, Embo (and several other BHs on Felucia), Boba, and certainly others.
Yeah Anakin teamed up at one point with Embo to defend some people, but still very weak link.
Valid point. I concede there. But Dengar specifically, I have no recollection of Ahsoka interacting with him.
And Aurra Sing ever interacted with Anakin/Vader???? Lmao
Pretty sure that they put Aurra into requirement simply because she was watching young Anakin's race in EP1.
Aura Sing wasn't even a Req for LV so I'm not sure why people are saying she was.
Aura was a Req for Jabba
Embo & Zam are Reqs for LV & he very much had interactions with them both in Episode-2 Movie & Clone Wars 2 different arcs as Ally/Enemy when Embo was trying to kill Padme IIRC. (Or the banker guy w/ Padme, I forget)
As for Punishing One being for GL-AT, I'm not seeing that.
We see the icon, its Snips ship, which makes far more sense.
Not sure why some are trying to make up a ship or attach one that has no link.
At this point besides her Ship we are waiting on 7 Light Side characters, and they have barely touched her history so far.
Obvious connections........
ALL of the remaining Phoenix Squadron.
GR Jedi like Plo, Kenobi, Shaak-Ti that she had many interactions with.
Other Rebels like Princess Leia, Captain Rex, & her Fulcrum version.
Finally, several different Mando characters in Mando, Grogu, Bo-Katan
I mean, you don't even need a 4th Marquee & you have way more than 7 people that could all be part of her GL.
Not that I'm saying there WON'T be a Marquee still, just that, we've had 3, and a pair of R9's.
This is getting to the point of comparing to most intensive GL so far category.
No use sweating before we know anything.
