I think, when a marquee ship has a kit like this,  it may be time to have a proper look at your game mode. 

This ship, in a few months, will be just a easy to access as any other ship in the game. Farm 1 pilot, farm the ship blueprints. Lots of call outs will allow a serious BH fleet under any empire cap ship, this is not locked behind getting Executor. 

This kit has more effect on the friendly and enemy fleets than most capital ships. Tie fighters stop tie fightering, whole rebel fleets stop rebelling.

I think this is a bit ridiculous. That's even before mentioning how fast exec ult is going to be.
