Which genius decided to have a special popup deal with 10/12 packs that you RANDOMLY get upon login rather than put everything in store? I've already purchased in store and have YET to see a popup deal? CG_Meathead ??? Seriously?? Why do you guys keep making decisions that frustrate the player base? While i get that frustration is the key strategy you guys incorporate to get spending, hiding deals and packs behind RANDOM popup deals is stupidly insane? You have a store why not use it? I'm only HEARING about the pack deals and have YET to see anything but i've already dumped crystals. Why CG? Why? How about you refund the store purchase and allow everyone to WAIT until we all get the popup before we purchase?
1pack - 1299 crystals
5 pack - 5999 crystals
10 pack - 10999 crystals (according to guildmates) <--- i still dont see a popup!??
I bought 2x 5999 when i could have done one 10999 ?? Are you gonna refund this ? CG_Meathead

Now I'm hearing you have to be on mobile for the pack to appear? What's the point of a PC version if it doesn't work across all platforms? CG trying to encourage players to bypass apple/play store but can't standardize the experience across? Geez... refund all the players who didn't get a chance to the 10 pack!
