For “Special 2” can you clarify if this damages all units or if it only triggers the damage over time effects? The animation and wording doesn’t make it as clear as it could be.

“Deal Physical damage and trigger all stacks of Damage Over Time on all enemies.” 

Based on other kits this reads that you deal damage to the target enemy and then triggers all damage over time effects on all enemies. But the animation looks like it should hit everyone.
