Hear me out i like the kit... but this doesn't address the order 66 issue. For started order 66 doesn't last long enough to benefit from it.  Now I get the extra damage over time but that's easily cleansed off.  I guess its balance but once the data cron is gone it might be hard to keep this debuff up.
