I mean he makes LV better just like Bane makes SEE better but the difference is that those two characters are much better off and much more fun if used in their own teams without their GL's

Very much agree, and just a vision of a character at that. CG please don't disregard the rich source of materials that is legends. Lumiya would have been great here.
I agree about SEE and LV being in a much bigger need of a lifter but DS Rey was always a great concept and CG using it is not a bad idea
