So does this mean, We are going to get "Force Ghosts"? I mean they do have more screen time than this character does.

A Force Ghost can be summoned by a character who they would mean something to.
Luke could call FG Old Ben for instance. I don't have a clue how this can be implemented but think of the revenue. We collect a FG and build it up and spend money to gain shards and gear. But cant use them unless they are summoned.....
I’ve certainly considered the thought of force ghosts as characters myself. Though I imagined them more as passive support characters like Hermit Yoda, or Wat Tambor, and obviously they would retreat from battle when all allies capable of dealing damage are defeated.
