Will the turn meter reduction in this kit actually count for tm removal feats? I get the feeling it wouldn't. As it is not happening from an action Drey takes, my bet is that each character does this to themselves, so there is no removing turn meter from enemies to be counted at all.

Going to be lots of max health and protection increase for the FO team too.

Kind of seems like this is actually close to the power level of GL Rey's kit here.
