Hits absolute home run with 4-Lom and zuckuss. Actually listening to the player base. Then proceeds to bow down to Kathleen Kennedy and gives us a acolyte toon. Please for the love of the force let this be the only toon from that God awful show
There is nothing wrong with the show, just toxic fan base. Learn to appreciate something new.

There was a lot wrong with the show. Why was Ki adi mundi in it? He was 60 in phantom menace. Meaning he wasn't born yet during acolyte. Jedi can deflect blaster bolts but cant dodge or deflect a hand thrown knife. The writing was that of a high school fan fiction completely ignoring continuity and rewriting 30 years of cannon. I’ll appreciate the new as long as they maintain the old.

He was 60 in Legends. Legends is not canon. Even before the Acolyte, he had no canon birthdate. So yes, he can be in it.
The Jedi was distracted saving someone's life. That's literally the whole point.

When people point out garbage writing it does not make them toxic. How many times did the Jedi forget their powers when it was convenient for the plot? How can you not sense the difference between the twins? It was just some of the worst exposition and character development ever. That's not toxic - it's truth.

why the **bleep** would you appreciate trash? LOL. You're a bot. the show **bleep**ing tanked and got cancelled...hmmmmm i wonder why? Just because its new doesnt make it good.

Are you serious? Then why did it get canceled. Nothing can ever be bad anymore its just always the audience fault not that its horrible written acted and directed and cost 250million and somehow looked cheap when you compare it 90million Kenobi show which also wasn't amazing but far superior to this slop

Although Star Wars fans can definitely be toxic “there is nothing wrong with the Acolyte“ is just objectively wrong.
Also, let people hate things. You are not required to like everything a studio produces, even if you are generally a fan of it. That doesn’t make you a fake fan. That just means you have preferences and standards.

Guess what? People are entitled to like what they like, just as they are entitled to voice what they don’t.
I know this might blow your mind but usually when a new show/movie is detested by the overwhelming majority of a fan base, it’s probably because the show just isn’t good. Wild concept, I know.
but no, surely the only possible explanation is that the fan base must be “toxic”.
What an absolutely garbage claim. - WyldStallyn692 months agoSeasoned Newcomer
You're dumb

No way you just said that, the writing was awful. The characters were boring. The plot literally not only didn't make any sense but also broke the lore, some people don't even consider it lore, and so do I. This isn't star wars. It's political agenda that Disney wants us to suck in. And IDK about you but I just want a good movie with no political agenda and just good writing, if you think that gay witches summoning 2 twins is good writing then you need to rethink your whole life. This better be the only character or you might be the only person left playing the game, and if I had to guess your probably in Carbonite or something.
