Are you so out of touch, or do you just not care about players and their opinion at all? Who the heck thought that it's a good idea, right in the middle of a storm of negativity caused by the horrible update, to make an announcement that basically says "we know about the bug but we don't care enough to fix it now. Happy holidays."?
I mean, it's always assumed that you don't care enough to fix bugs in timely manner unless they lose you money, but having the silent part said out loud like this still hits different.
