The team has been made aware of the Jocasta bug causing issues in the Knightfall event and I have made the suggestion to rerun the event once the bug is addressed.
Due to the holiday season, this will not likely be looked at until we are all back in the office.

You release a new version of the game where you practically laugh at non-paying players in the face and simple bugs like Jocasta and the like you don't know/want to fix.
Ohh, let's repeat it again, you released a new update to the game that is locked behind a paywall, you took money from whales who want to be on the top ranks, which actually paid for a new stuff and said - let's go on vacation!

Why don’t you just reward the accounts that have the toons to do the tiers and then hold the event until you can fix it. Either way you should just turn it off for the time being.
Back in the office February 1st. CG takes more days off than anyone. It’s hard work ruining your own game.
