Capital Games TeamI bought the Signal Data Mastery 2 pack first (did not buy the 1st bundle) cause it looked like a way better deal not realizing this would cause the crystal error. Is there a fix yet?
Issue still not resolved and in game help just indicated that team is aware of issue and working to diligently resolve. What's to resolve? Everyone you gave crystals to in error just give them the signal data they originally thought they were purchasing. An update on this thread would be great.
I bought what I thought was the data signal II for £9.99 and when I checked the messages it showed crystals instead. I thought I had made a mistake so bought it again, and again got crystals. I don't want the crystals, I want what I paid for, the data signals. I noticed just after trying it the 2nd time that you realised there was an issue and were working on it so I didn't report it then. I'm thinking that now I'm going to be fobbed off.......
In app support finally responded and said because I purchased the bundle in December and it has a purchase limit of 1 I am unable to buy it again (in January)? Why was it available to repurchase if I wasn't eligible to buy what was advertised?

I bought a 29.99USD pack, for 30 shards and 5 omi and I received 4K-ish cristals. I opened a ticket in HELP game. from Saturday till now, zero answer. I bought that pack to have 5 stars for Batcher, to can get +2 more omi from event. and now, I have lost 5+2 omi, I don t have 5 stars and I don t want 4K-ish cristals ! if I want cristals, I buy cristals. it is NOT OK to take my money and to give me what you want, not what is written I bought. and ZERO answer !

any news on this. also any chance you try and fix that stuff? that's literally the only mobile game i ve ever played that has this kind of issues, how hard can it be to make a system that sends the stuff people pay for
Still looking for an answer on this... Nothing from in-game support and no follow up here.... I just want the items I paid actual money for.
