Known Issue 5/29

How do we upgrade Loaned Units? All of your Loaned Units have the same Era Level, and they can’t be upgraded directly. Instead, they are upgraded whenever you receive a Loaned Unit Era Level Increase token, which is automatically consumed to level all of your Loaned Units by 1. For this first era, they will be provided primarily via daily inbox messages to make sure those who show up later in the era can still claim them all and aren’t permanently behind.  For future eras, we are looking into ways to improve clarity and the user flow for obtaining the Unit Era Increase tokens.

If I was CG, at the time of writing this reply, can't they just unlock up to and including Day 9 on this coming reset (and allow people to retroactively claim "missed" days, I never liked the you missed it tough luck policy)?

Or better yet, get rid of the Calendar, and give everyone who was 1 day behind 2 extra loaned unit level up mats in the inbox.

If they want to do it with a Calendar, don't roll it out until they know it is working without issues. Constantly releasing buggy content is not a good look CG 🤣

No update on this issue yet?   Not even any form of communication about this?
Coliseum needs to be shut down entirely until this is resolved.
CG:   You guys do know that there are people with level 81 loaned units right now from the calendar glitching out twice in the past week, don't you?    The max level is supposed to be level 79.
This is creating a massive imbalance in the competition for this event.

While we are at it, what is the status of the compensation from the Andor Era?
Does somebody at EA need to start running daily oversight over CG?

I haven't had any updates for my loaned units for days now. My shard rank has gone from 100 to 150 all the way down to the mid 400's. My progress is getting slaughtered. 

I've realized that I missed a few levels because of the calendar issues, and my coliseum performance has been really suffering as a result. Is there going to be any compensation at some point? Or am I just gonna be behind for the whole rest of the era?

It's made coliseum really miserable for me and I've been earning so little era currency despite doing everything I can to make sure I'm using the best strategies available and spending a ton of crystals on era units

I just cannot understand how you can justify being a **bleep** when you end up saying "it doesn't do damage but it's working properly." In the same sentence. 

If this is me just wanting to complain about something (That I've already given solid argumentative facts about) this is you simply brown nosing and talking crap without any reason.

Let me dumb it down for you, in an event people pay money for, an event specifically created to introduce new characters where the main farm is the Coliseum, after having the leveling system revamped for the third time (and still an utter failure) against bosses designed to steamroll you, and asking that an ability of a released character is modified to adapt to the released content is some how unreasonable for you? 

I see you've adopted the Gen Z mentality. There are pills for that mate.

But ultimately, you know what, I would rather stand my ground with good reasoning behind it than I would be a pushover. It's ironic since about 98% of all comments here are people disgruntled about what is happening and you being in the 2% somehow still manage to lie to yourself that you are somehow correct. That's what is called delusional. There are pills for that too mate.

But I  agree, I hope life gets better and I hope one day you grow a backbone and realize what it is to be a man. I obviously won't hold my beath :)

You’re right, it didn’t do damage. But it’s working properly.  It’s clear you just want to complain about something man, hope life gets better 

They censor the word D a m n, it's not my fault people from the USA are afraid of words. And your lack of response to the gist of what I was saying is also another tactic employed by the less intelligent ones. If you are gonna make a come back at least make an effort that's worth the energy.

I was just playing Coliseum and no, the ability does no damage still it was also simply proven as the ability did not remove any plates from the guardians.

Now hell I may not understand how many of these overly complicated abilities work, but at least I'm not blind looking at a health bar of an enemy that is suppose to drop upon damage and it doesn't. 

What you think I don't understand is simply just not something I agree with, since these are raid bosses the  damage doesn't apply - which is in an Era with low leveled loaned units that differ between individuals in the same shard (because of mistakes), with no 5 man synergistic team, when 2 characters had been released - is just moronic at best.

Since you seem to have the IQ and wit of used toilet paper, I'm not surprised it doesn't bother you, now come along I gotta wipe and you seem like just the tool.
