This is a huge make good assuming next Episode will be more fairly balanced.
As far as GC goes, a feat that is "Spend money" is unacceptable IMO. It's not even the value of the points, it's simply it's pay or this is inaccessible.
As far as the challenge that is "have a Marquee character" this would be much more fair if you could buy Marquee shards with episode points. This would give players the option to forgo omicrons to invest in the marquee to get more points later on. This would let players participate more in the challenge without feeling so terrible.
I love your suggestion here about allowing us to buy the marquee characters with the points. Given how cash grabby EA is though, I highly doubt they will allow CG to do this.
