A new dark side planet ?

Agree that #1 is Tatooine.  Working theory is that letters have to touch to form the name of the planet, not just any letter in the grid.

#2 looks like maybe Dantooine.  Although the letters don't touch.  Maybe if this was printed and sides connected in 3D to form a polyhedron, the letters might be adjacent?

But #3 could be Dathomir (again, using the restriction that the letters have to touch)

#4 might be Coruscant.  Although like #2, the letters don't touch, but might if this was a 3D polyhedron?

Without more information, it's a guess if the letters actually do have to touch, and if the planets are just from the lore or from the game.
In #2 you can form Felucia, Gand, Takodana where the letters either touch by the side or by a point.
If you just need to find the needed letters to find the name of a planet, in #2 you can get Alderaan, Aris, Cardota, Corellia, Dac, Dantooine, Dorin Fest, and Scipio (incomplete list I'm sure)

Getting 21 names that are formed by touching (count both touching tip or touching side) seems quite impossible, even if using the most obscure names.

Also, my guess is that the letters that were not used in the 21 planet names will for the last part of the link in 22 -

I agree with tatooine I think 2 is corellia 3 mandalore and 4 I'm not too sure
