He is in slkr bundle, but not finalized by looks of it. Also in galactic war store, which should be a faster way to farm then hard node
he can be farmable from shipments so is a LSB really necessary?
They put him in galactic war shop, it’s wayyyy quicker to get him now!!

He’s in Galactic War shipments now, which I would argue is probably easier to farm him from with a possible 30 shards a day, if you are patient.
