Yes but now it starts each wave on Coold down were as before it had it ready to go each wave. The coold down reduction is really for its second and subsequent use each wave, so this is actually much easier. Lumi kit should be much easier , esp as he cant get the bonus turn from the charged mod.
But he can now debuff potency up every other turn instead of every 3rd turn.
I'm guessing they reduced it to 2, but because it starts on cooldown, we're in better shape.
Yea and no it starts on a 2 turn cool down instead of it being available turn one. So over 4 turns it's gonna use it have three turns of cool down and use it again.
Now it's not gonna be able to use it for two turns use it once and not use it again for two turns. Considering commander droid can't give himself a extra turn that you would lose the cool down, they will still use it less then before..
That's my thought...it went from a nuisance to a nightmare.
