You can overload your conquest energy. I’ve heard people talk about refreshing their conquest energy on the last day and not spending it. The extra carries over, allowing them to get extra battles in on the first day of next conquest.
There is a limit in the program though. I always preload at the end of each Conquest.
I preload every conquest. The max you can attain is 200 energy before it stops you from buying more refreshes. If you let your energy get to 79, you can buy 2x refreshes to jump to a preload of 199 and then 319. That lets you finish all of Sector 1 in the first day of the new raid and spread out the stamina recharges so that by the next morning you are already 20% done with conquest on Day 1.
The extra 100 will just give you 5 more future sims of datacron mats which is not a bad thing.
