I think it is great idea. If community goals become a regular thing, not only could it increase the flow of omi mats a tad, it could conceivable increase the flow of other mats when there are no requirement reveals to dangle. Other games I play have this, and it is nice to get occasional random perks. Just saying.

The idea is great, execution is poor. The nodes to do this would as many have said, take away from farming the "important" stuff. Had the event included those node I would personally refresh more during the event. The way it is set up though, hard pass.
