Capital Games TeamI think many have stated what I would have said here. CG, making events frustrating and more difficult, especially for those that spend, is not the path. Spending time in the game redoing raid runs does not make me want to spend more money. Fun content does.
If the raid is easy and you didn't want it to be, don't make us pay for R9 clones and new jedi and then tune it harder. If you wanted it harder you had months to test it.
Spend more time making fun content for us to engage with and we'll spend more. I fear you confuse frustration and spending more time in the game out of desperation with fun and a successful game.
