At least wait until the two new pirate leads are available before nerfing all the existing teams being used.

Yep.  Releasing a raid before all the required toons were even in the game was a bad decision.  The community literally fixed this problem by finding creative ways to use the existing toons to temporarily compensate.  CG should be thanking them for that.

I'd say CG should leave it completely alone.  But at the very least, they should wait until all the required pirate toons are in the game before altering the deal.
