There are 16 Jedi Vanguard eligible for the raid.  

Without KBeq or JMMW, the rest can't do **bleep** past tier 0.  

How about fixing *that* imbalance?

Yes, and these extra Jedis aren't even good for completing teams, because the Unic from the opposing Appo makes them gain more speed per character you use, double in the case of Jedis. In short, if the CG gives you something that looks like a gift, be suspicious, it's probably a trap.
