Capital Games TeamSo i was experiencing lag in the shipments selecting items and it kinda freezes. Now Conquest is experiencing lag in every battle i do. Right around the 3min mark. Or if everyone is called to assist it will freeze for a couple secs but you still lose time on the battle when ot unfreezes.
performance issues. You made the game run like it is now by YOURSELFS, to combat android emulators
Maybe we should work on fixing that too

Check the survey submitted under 813-149-679 please. Shipment lag has been a thing for a hot minute, may or may not be related to the conquest lag. While I can't personally replicate the issue, the struggle is quite real for many of my guildmates. Lots of data points to be had in that survey response.

Absolute bunch of Muppets always something wrong with this game. I lost 2000 crystals purchasing the wrong item because of the lag that is going on in the game while I purchase items game completely stutters and freezes for good couple of seconds. Amount of money you people take you could own a country for that yet you can't maintain a mobile game pathetic
Unfortunately since the update not exclusive to phone. The performance issues that most people are describing I experience across all platforms: Apple Ipad Air 2025, Iphone 16 Pro Max and PC (strong performance based build). These issues were not present prior to the update. The performance is a general lag or stutter with purchasing from shipments/store, combat, or most activity that has a sudden uptick in frame generation from stand still ie menu selection (Attacks, purchases, etc)

There is a performance problem with shipments since the last update - a big pause after each purchase. This is not specific to the phone and occurs on the PC client and Android tablet.

Okay, i'll post 1 last time... for me has become a nightmare to play the game, doesn't matter the platform or the performance of my equipment(pc and mobile as they are a pro version and i can run any new game at max quality). All this started on 11 of July(or maybe bit ealier), can't swap between accounts, no buttons, game freeze and crash, fps drops, screen tearing, lags... I really feel bad facing all this even though i really want and like to play the game but it's seems impossible atm as it doesn't run smooth as it should be, as any game. 😢
Every click/claim on items makes the game stuck for a few seconds and you can continue, makes it extremely annoying when you want to purchase gear/materials from the store
