Rotating raids would be to y'all's benefit. Have the new raid be featured 6 months out of the year, then rotate the others for x amount of time (as of now, 3 months and 3 months).
Your benefit as a company: you get the "squeeze" time you are looking for for the new raid and upgrading those factions, and then you have 2+ extra squeeze periods when ppl who didn't invest in the last raids have a limited window to maximize their scores on old raids or they miss out on 6 months of rewards. More factions = wider resource allocation needs = more crunch = maybe more money. With more raids perhaps adjust rotation schedule thusly: 6mo: order 66 raid (theoretically), 3mo: KDH, 3mo: SBP, 6mo: new raid, 3mo: SBP, 3mo: BFN, etc.
Our benefit: we dont feel pressured to play the same raid for a year.

As an addendum to my previous comment, rotating raids also brings a collective benefit of fresh eyes looking at old raids to find any potential need for tweaks/bug fixes, leading to a smoother raid experience for us as time goes on, better community rep for you, as well as some work diversification for certain employees as the brunt of the raid team efforts go towards the new raid, perhaps used as training for newer hires or an opportunity for those newer hires to have opportunities to take charge on new content as your older heads work on tweaking old raids
