You are trying to keep Leviathan on top/unbeatable level so hard for last 2 years and keep failing its not even funny anymore. Just add “mechanic” “when Leviathan enters the battle and opponents capital is not Leviathan, you win the battle” and stop torturing us.
I mean… if you bring delta relics as showed by streamers it does not matter anyway as game will be done at that point.
