Hi Holotable Heroes,
Ships have always had a razor-edge meta that is hard to make adjustments to without something inadvertently slipping through the cracks. With the release of Rogue One, and with it the elevation of Profundity over Executor, we wanted a simple, obvious update to the meta the players could get behind. This involves the continued superiority of Leviathan as the fleet at the top. However we’re seeing reports that the cracks are wider than we had originally accounted for, and so we are investigating Profundity/Leviathan matchups as well as continually monitoring how both ships continue to fare against one another.
We wanted to give you a heads up that there may be an adjustment to Profundity/Rogue One (and/or possibly Leviathan) in the future to help bring this matchup to be in-line with the original intent for Rogue One’s place in the meta. For the time being, however, we do not anticipate a hot fix for this specific issue.

No change, you should have tested it before launch. We are not your testers. I invested in Profundity and it sucked after the release of punishing one for too long.
Now if you make the change after selling all that Profundity LSB, you are literally scamming people. You can’t just sell people a ship that beats the meta and then nerf it after you make the sale.

I don’t get the need for the last 2 buffs. Leviathan is the superior fleet, and has been consistently at the top for a while now. It should be natural that it has some counters (which I should mention are usually messy and/or need higher Relics) aside from itself. However, the way it keeps on being buffed to lock as many possible mechanics out of other fleets as possible, it seems like the higher ups only want Leviathan to beat Leviathan. I’m scared to mention fleets that beat Leviathan simply because I believe Leviathan would just get more buffs to nerf them into the ground.
It feels similar to JMK when he was first released and when he got CAT - he got several buffs to stop SEE from beating him, and facing him was unfun for a long time. He was the most expensive GL at the time, but it wasn’t fun trying to beat him. That’s changed (somewhat) as the years progressed. I think you need a new fleet to challenge the Leviathan’s place at the apex, and allow the fleet meta to evolve kinda like how the GL meta evolved. The game’s 10 year anniversary is coming up soon, and Star Wars (A New Hope)’s 50th anniversary is in 1.5 more years. That’s why I propose adding Red Five as a Conquest unit to boost non-Rogue One Rebel fleets, and when this franchise’s golden jubilee comes, I think adding Princess Leia’s Tantive IV to lead Red Squadron (plus Y-Wing and the Falcon) would be a great choice for this. While debatable as a Capital Ship, the Tantive IV is the first ship we ever see in Star Wars, and the Battle of Yavin is one of the most famous battles in the franchise (and dare I say in history).
TLDR: no more Leviathan buffs, please. Leave Leviathan as is, leave Rogue One as is, let Leviathan have counters against it that aren’t exclusively mirror matches, and let the fleet meta evolve. I’d also like Profundity to get the Rogue One tag since Admiral Raddus has it and the ship was part of the Battle of Scarif, but I can wait for that. Please consider Red Five and the Tantive IV as the next meta fleet for the game, or if you want another fleet to evolve, Home One is looking pretty nice for an Endor/New Republic fleet, just saying
I hope you're reading the comments. The fleet is now balanced, but the problem was that Profundity was a useless flagship, and it was easy to skip it between the Executioner and Leviathan. Now that it has regained its position before the introduction of Punisher One, do you want to break it again? Why would you need Profundity if it would be hunted by Akbar and unable to pass Leviathan? Profundity would once again become a forgotten flagship. Have the battles for Profundity become more challenging against Leviathan? If we compare it to the Leviathan fleet after the introduction of punisher one, then no, because tie digger became more resilient and harder to kill, and after the Profundity ultimate, it could take out all the remaining ships. However, if we compare it to the Leviathan fleet before the introduction of punisher one, then yes, the battles became slightly more challenging due to the risk of timeouts, which was not the case before, and there is a chance that we may not have enough time to use the ultimate

Can you please review the clauses for rogue one‘s passive as well? You said in this post that you wanted to elevate profundity over executor. That worked, but please stop rogue one working
1: …with any capital ship to completely neuter P1
2: …only when the enemy capital ship is empire. I assume Profundity being beaten by the Executor fleet just under Home One or Endurance was not your intention.
Solution: Include the anti-cooldown reduction into the „if the allied capital ship is profundity“ clause and change it from „enemy capital is empire“ to „enemy bounty hunter ships“ or „bounty hunter and empire“. As far as I know there are no empire ships that reduce their cooldown though.

Please do not add the relic delta into the gym, so many will just give up. I think yall should also just redo ships atp, so many years of complaints have gone by and nothing has truly changed.

Thank God I didn't spend anything on this mess of a ship.
Everybody saw this coming a mile away. Don't you guys test anything ever? How on earth do you get to a point where you release something, when anybody spending 15 minuttes testing it clearly shows that it's not working as intended?
