Softlocking issue with Update
Hello folks,
We are aware folks are currently getting hit with a soft lock state.
Please go to your iOS and Android store to look for the Client Update to download, if you are unable to see it, check periodically.
PC Client players, we are working to get the update to the client as fast as possible.
Tomorrow will be a force update.
There will be a make good once this issue has been figured out.
Daily Quest:
If you completed your daily quests prior to the update, you will have already received your rewards that the daily quest in the update would have given you. If you only finished a couple of your daily requests prior to updating you will not be able to complete you daily quest in the new update and we will be working on a make good once the update is out and running properly.
PC UPDATE
Close out your EA App completely and then reopen your EA App
