Hello folks,  We are aware folks are currently getting hit with a soft lock state.  Please go to your iOS and Android store to look for the Client Update to download, if you are unable to see it...

I un-installed and reinstalled and it fixed most of my issues on android. It may work for some of you also, just make sure you have your account linked somehow so you can get back in.
