Temple Guard Earned Datacron Not Upgraded

My Temple guard DC was a level zero not upgraded one too. Please fix soon to allow gac use.  598-413-248

Same issue - Level 0 FDC - Ally Code 679-424-677

Same issue: Level 0 TG Datacron. wasn't happy about having to spend so much leveling up and stopped at Lvl 5.  So much for having it for GAC.  ally code 282-127-962.  Hoping to get this fixed CG? or nah?

Also completely upgraded the Temple Guard DC for an obscene amount of materials. I hope it will be rewarded based on how much was spent. Ally code-342-587-347  @CG_Meathead​  

A) wouldn’t have spent the crystals to 7* before ga B) the make good sent a cron to the inbox but then it’s not in my inventory

Game update, the datacron sent to my in-game inbox, but the datacron is still not updated. CG, did you even try to fix it?

Over 24 hours still bugged.. received ingame mail with another datacron and it is still not ungraded.

Not a great incentive to keep spending

The update today, 6/4/25, did not work.  The DC arrived in my inbox but after I collected it, only the level 0 DC appears in my inventory and the maxed DC is nowhere to be found. 

I manually upgraded the cron to level 15, so whatever the fix is (which the update just now wasn’t) should restore those upgrade materials. Ally code 366-784-511

same as the poster above.  Will I be reimbursed for the materials I spent upgrading the level 0 dc?  I received an automated response from support that did not address this issue.  ally code 446-353-122
