Temple Guard Earned Datacron Not Upgraded

The update did not fix the datacron - its not upgrade - it shows that the max tier is there but missing all the other tiers - come on CG is this how you treat paying customers. SHAME

You send me this, and I have upgraded it with 25000 Crystal by my own.

And now I got nothing from you.

After getting it I have nothing.

Not two of it, no Crystal back not the resources back nothing.

That is not OK. It was your fault and not my. now I have to pay it in total?

Similar experience here. I previously upgraded to level 0 cron to level 9.  Received the email compensation today.

Result: I have a cron with levels 1-9 complete and level 15 showing complete, but level 10-14 are incomplete. Not very helpful.

Expected results: A new datacron completely leveled, with the original untouched. Ideally, the original cron would go away and my account would be credited the mats / expense to get from level 0 to 9 in the first place.

Here you can See I have it in GAC so before you funny Compensation.

Also curious what your going to do to rectify this? I spent good money to get this and I can't even utilize it for TW or GAC. Got the customer support email but my DC is still lvl 1. 

CG_Meathead​  I purchased a lot of Datacron materials to upgrade the Jedi Temple Guard focused datacron and used it. I was NOT aware that it was a bug in the system and you're eventually going to fix the issue and provided a fully completed datacron. I have spent crystals to buy these materials. Could you please either refund the datacron materials for fully upgrading the datacron or provide the crystal refund accordingly? My ally code is 634-789-376

I have a question. 

At the end of this season, will there be Datacrons for "Temple Guardian" and "Appo" for those who haven't gotten them yet?

So logged into game, inbox shows Level 15 Temple Guard datacron however my Datacron inventory still shows as Level 0, intentional to just poke more fun?????

Update to above, my bad, shows in inventory as Level 15 max but other 14 levels locked and requires upgrading, so we still have to use tons of mats for it to work? Again intended????
