    Don’t have to see it in game with the mechanic changes… lol killing TM kills counters. Not rocket science here bud.

      Absolutely, every counter to Levi, including Mirrors, depends on you out speeding your opponent via TM Gain.

    If you understand the game mechanics you can predict how this will have an impact on the game.  And this is just bad, don't have to wait to 'see it in action' - the results are very obvious.
