What is this change? Great now we all get to lose due to a coin flip than actually playing incorrectly. You couldn't have changed it so that dagger starts with chaff/breach immunity on the fleet? Which would slow down BH from getting a lot of damage/locked target lock and breach? It would also prevent Levi being a nightmare on mirrors as you could still use the various fleet setups.

This change is garbage
