So if I'm reading this correctly as written by CG:
If the allied Capital Ship is Sith, while TIE Dagger is active, enemy Dark Side Ships can't gain Turn Meter (including the Capital Ship).
NOT can't gain bonus Turn Meter.
Dark Side Ships can't gain Turn Meter.
Literally as written that means that with a Leviathan there will be no turn meter for any opponent dark side ship ever. So Levi + TIE Dagger vs Levi + TIE Dagger is a stalemate because nobody gets a turn?
They forgot to put the word "bonus" before the Turn Meter haha, but anyways, It's a garbage change
