I would love verification of said testing. 
Wasn't this just intended because punishing one was overperforming? Essentially this change also destroys the Chimaera counter as well... why? Because F us, that's why.
Not only does this ruin mirror matches making them significantly slower, more susceptible to timeouts, and putting our ults on a coin roll unless you somehow get through the sith bomber?
