You cannot correct an error by introducing another! All these changes have knock-on effects in the fleet arena. It is really the top bar of incompetency that I have seen in years of gaming! Has this been tested? What are the results? I want to see the statistics. Testing is only meaningful if the test environment simulates the majority of the fleet lineup and usual battles against other fleets eg Profundity, Chimaera etc.
