Title Update and 10-Year Anniversary Announcement Post

Nice PR post, what remains to be seen is how it turns out in reality. There are two main areas where things can turn nasty:
R10 materials will mainly be available through era content, which means that consistent income will require constant, high level spending.
R10 signal data will be crafted from the existing ones, which are already in short supply. This effectively makes us choose between lower relic and R10. Again, unless we spend a lot.
Combine it with relic delta giving R10 even more of an advantage, and the picture is not pretty...
