The update is good, but the Relic Delta in PvP will ruin the competitiveness of PvP. After all, modules and synergies matter more than the Relic's level. It will be useful in PvE, though. Especially in the Colosseum itself, when you need to get as many as possible. Still, getting R9 is still a difficult task even with this update.
