Does the meeting go like this: 

"The Profundity rebel fleet with Rogue One is performing too good against Leviathan." "Ok. Let's buff Leviathan against Jedi and GR too" "....." 

If Rogue One makes the Profundity perform too well, just add something like "if Rogue One is active, allies can't assist against Sith enemies". I'd prefer that compared to this BS.
