Happening during ROTE and Conquest for me a lot... costs me energy, and in ROTE I can't seem to re-attempt the mission it just did this on. This bug not only costs personal rewards but guild rewards too.

Same here, one in RotE and one in conquest. Hopefully we'll get some energy returned and perhaps even some other compensation.
