Update 1-21

Hey the conquest datadisc "Weather the Storm" says "all allies are immune to damage and debuffs until the start of their first turn", but they are also unable to gain any buffs before taking their first turn. I dunno if that was intended or not

I want a serious answer now that everything in this new era system has been revealed. Why can we not get Mk 8 materials free to play? I have spent 100k crystals and some real life money on these new marquees so far and now I can't get Maul to 7 stars, when I could easily beforehand if I was just using my own gear and relics. I'm not spending an extra $150 or so on pointless era materials. Relic delta will make my Maul almost unusable since he's capped at R5. I can't use him in the upcoming era battle at R9, so I can't get the crystal rewards we could get beforehand either. And what's worse, you only revealed his requirements halfway through the era. You keep ignoring this obvious question / concern. I see no reason to invest crystals into starring new characters if I can't get the new legendary at full capacity without being extorted into spending ridiculous amounts of money, it makes no sense to do things this way.

Journey guide says vader needs to be era level 70 for tier 3 of spider mauls event but the newsletter that went out today says era level 75. Which is it? 

100K crystals and you're stopping at the final $150 dollars?  Right................

I spent $20 on crystals total. The rest I hoarded up over 4 months.

The spectre units along with Omega (Fugitive) and Batcher are all accelerated. When can we expect LSTs to work properly with them? The Aurodium coliseum tokens work with General Syndulla, Huyang, and Padawan Sabine Wren, but the Carbonite coliseum tokens do not. None of the coliseum tokens work with the newer Bad Batch characters. The Aurodium & Khyber tokens you’ve been selling recently do not work with any characters mentioned in this post despite all of them being accelerated.

I’m really frustrated with the lack of clear communication around game updates and how new mechanics are supposed to work. Patch notes and explanations are often vague or missing entirely, which makes it feel like player feedback isn’t being prioritized.

Right now, it comes across as though monetization is being emphasized far more than transparency or community engagement, and that’s disappointing for players who invest a lot of time and support into the game. Better communication and more openness with the community would go a long way toward rebuilding trust.
