So many people asking for an actual Dagger fix, so might as well join in. Seriously, even before the update went live, people immediately figured out what would happen. The only thing it does is make Levi mirrors be decided by the opening coin toss, and even if you win, it's very close to timing out unless you get some seriously amazing RNG and destroy either Bomber or Dagger. And the alternative comp that players are suggesting (Fury, Mk6, Dagger) suffers from the same issues. Even if you can somehow delay the opponent and manage to get to the Ult first, unless you can get rid of Bomber or Dagger, you're more than likely to time out, AND it's incredibly weak against Executor, so very good chance of getting pushed back. Last night, I spent 11 battles and over 300 crystals fighting the same opponent in FA. Yes, that's right, 11 battles against the exact same opponent. I only managed to go first during the opening move twice, and even then, timed out. As each battle went on, I got closer and closer to an emotional, possibly mental, breakdown. And I'd rather not think about what happens if my opponents in GAC decide to put Levi on defense. If I can't get rid of even one enemy ship, I'm doomed and the chances of my losing the entire match suddenly rise dramatically.
