I believe this person is referring to the omicrons that were missing from that bundle, it was supposed to come with all of them but apparently did not.
The description says "with abilities pushed to Level 8 for maximum battlefield impact".
At level 8, only "Strategic Onslaught" (Special) has an omicron - "Shadow Contingency" Level 9 (Leader), "Dark Trooper Beskar Armor" Level 9 (Unique).
That's 1/3 of the abilities or 20/60 omicrons, the inscription on the LSB simply states "Omicrons Included" - so technically it doesn't violate what was written.
"Omicrons included" indicates CG would be including a plurality of omicrons. One of three omicrons is singular. Therefore, it contradicts what was written on the splash page. Gavonmothma2 and you are correct in that the written description of the LSB does say Level 8. My guess is that CG was intending to include all omicrons, but spaced that two of DTMG's were level 9. At least that's what I did! Of course, I could be wrong too.
The problem of "legal language", including for courts - the exact meaning.
You write from the point of view of "Omicron Ability" - then the inscription on the LSB contradicts the description.
I wrote the option "Ability material omicron" - which actually does not contradict the description and inscription at the same time, we received 20 materials/1 Ability.
Both of the named options are literally unsatisfactory, since "Ability" is not mentioned at all - they only write to us "Omicrons included", while for the first option - we contradict the description and the actually received improvement (1/3); for the second, the "variable" is not specified - "Ability material", although the description in the store simultaneously corresponds to the actual improvement (20/60).
I don't know how they originally planned it, and I don't remember that they sold us a rare character with several Omicron Ability at once - so that we could compare the conditions/price.
